Exercise needs to be intelligently formed and fit in with your lifestyle. It's about getting the right results for you with the time and resources available, at the same time being as enjoyable as possible. Nutrition should be the same, all about making positive changes and eating for long term health.

The phrase "you are what you train" comes to mind, so all exercise needs to be specific to your goals. We do ensure training sessions are as efficient as possible and geared towards the results you are looking for. We tend to set up an overall training program the same way so you know what the plan is for the whole week.
