We offer a free session for your first workout so you can see what we have to offer. This gives you the chance to come and meet us, do a sample workout and check out the Personal Training Studio.
The outline for the initial session is very relaxed, usually more chat than exercise but a great chance for you to sample the service regardless.
At this point we can discuss your goals, see where you're at and start customizing your program. Your goals and current fitness level will be very specific, so first session is a good time to start looking at where you are.
A medical history and general fitness assessment are taken on the first visit. We also offer a number of fitness assessments relevant to your goals.
