Our Philosophy

A long term healthy approach

Exercise needs to be intelligently formed and fit in with your lifestyle. It's about getting results at the right intensity, being as enjoyable as possible and not slogging away on the treadmill. Nutrition should be the same. Food is there to be enjoyed and ideally eaten as naturally as possible. Occasional processed/sugary foods or alcohol can be consumed in the usual moderation!

Efficient and specific

Exercise needs to be well thought out and specific to your goals. We ensure training sessions are as efficient as possible and geared towards the results you are looking for. We also teach you how to do this when you're away from BourneFit.
