Exercise needs to be intelligently formed and fit in with your lifestyle. It's about getting results at the right intensity, being as enjoyable as possible and not slogging away on the treadmill. Nutrition should be the same. Food is there to be enjoyed and ideally eaten as naturally as possible. Occasional processed/sugary foods or alcohol can be consumed in the usual moderation!
