Our user-friendly, motivational approach to exercise and nutrition is long term, healthy and holistic. When it comes to fitness we are extremely enthusiatic, but always appreciate the element of 'being human' and aim to find a healthy balance.

Training Philosophy

Exercise needs to be intelligently formed to be safe and effective. Everything is based around getting results using the right exercises at the right intensity. Above all we always aim to optimize training at your level.

Gym Philosophy

We appreciate the gym is not for everyone! Our aim is to make the experience as enjoyable as possible, at the same time educating you to how it works. We also look to find activities that you relish outside the gym, offering 'homework' and support the days you're away from BourneFit.

Nutrition Philosophy

Food is to be enjoyed. Diets do not work long term and extreme eating habits can actually be harmful to health. A healthy balanced approach is often all that is required and we recommend this throughout. We cover the many elements of nutrition in order to reach desired weight while increasing energy and health.
