What to Eat on the 30 Day Body Challenge.

I talk  in The 30 Day Body Challenge about what is best to eat throughout the 30 days. Below is a list of some of the better things to have. Feel free to play around and compose your own meals. Eat fresh where possible and remember planning is the most important thing!

Protein

Free range eggs
Chicken
Fish
Pork
Beef
Soya substitutes (if veggie)
Salmon
Prawns
Chirizo
Shellfish

Legumes

Lentils
Beans (not in sauce)
Soya beans
Chick peas

Vegtables

Spinach
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Asparagus
Peppers
Peas
Green beans
Cucumber
Lettuce

Nuts
Seeds
Dry herbs, spices, sant and pepper
Homemade salsas
Vinegars

Try and aim for 20 grams of protein per meal, and have as much veg as you want. The secret is to have lots of legumes and beans, this will get you full for longer.

Try and be sparing with the nuts and seeds. They are packed full of amazing “good fats”, but can set you back of you go over the top. Keep it restricted to a small palm-full per portion.
